Product Characteristics & Surface Finish:
During the pickling process, the oxide scale formed during hot rolling is thoroughly removed via acid washing, followed by the application of an anti-rust oil layer. This results in an extremely smooth, clean surface with enhanced thickness tolerance and surface consistency. HRPO coils serve as an economical alternative to cold-rolled coils for applications where surface precision and drawability are necessary, but ultra-thin gauges are not mandatory.
